If you are not satisfied with your 2ND CHANCE ESHCG product, you may request a refund under the following conditions:​​

 

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

In order to qualify for a refund, you must contact us by email at the first sign that you are not experiencing expected progress, so we may review your use of the program and provide guidance to ensure it is being followed as directed.

 

Only one opened bottle may qualify for refund consideration.

Multiple opened bottles are not eligible for full refunds.

You must contact us by email before returning any product.

 

Due to health and safety regulations, opened bottles may not be physically returned.

Refunds apply only to 2ND CHANCE ESHCG spray bottles (21-day or 42- day programs).​

 

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.​

Refunds will be issued at our discretion once all eligibility requirements have been reviewed and confirmed.
